Bella on the Mississipi - recovers from persistent cough!

Mark:
As promised, here is Bella's story...
Bella is a rescue Rhodesian Ridgeback who will be 8 years old next month.
It was in January 2012 that I first reached out to the internet to find help for Bella.  Her doctor had already tried for about 6 months to diagnose and treat her persistent cough.
She would mainly cough after lying down for a long time:  every morning, often in the middle of the night, and sometimes during the day.  It was a wet persistent cough, that rattled in her chest and ended with gagging as if trying to spit out the cause.
The vet put her on a course of prednisone, which worked, but only for the time she was on them.  He took radio-graphs expecting to find an enlarged heart, inconclusive.  Another course of pred.  Sent the radio-graphs to the LSU Vet School, no abnormalities,  Another course of pred.  Tried lasix.....she wet the bed but continued to cough.
So I talked to Mark and he gave us hope.  After the first bottle, I could only say it hadn't gotten worse, like it usually did once all the steroids were out of her system.  Another bottle and the cough was almost completely gone.  Now, she coughs rarely (maybe twice in the past 5 months) and that was when I tried to back her off the tonic.
Thanks Pawhealer, for giving me back my strong and vibrant Bella.

Update on Chipper from Wisconsin used Urinary Free the Flow and still crystal/stone free

Just a follow up for you. You have my testimonial regarding your Urinary Free The Flow formula on your website. My dog Chipper is still doing well and another year has gone by with NO recurrence of the Oxalate crystals causing his stones. I had his urine checked a couple times in the last year (most recently about 2 weeks ago) and no sign of crystals. Although I still use the prescription dog food my vet recommended, I have not eliminated all treats as the vet suggested and Chipper is still doing fine and certainly enjoys life a little more when he can have his treats. Once again - your Urinary Free the Flow product has made my life and Chipper's much happier. Thank you again.

Angel got Herbal Support for milk production.

Hello there, just a short note to let you know that almost 6 years ago, you sent me some medicine to help my dog Angel with her milk production during her first litter. She did well for her first and she went on to have four more litters. She is now fixed and is doing great. She has never had a extreme medical issue all these years even with all those puppies. Thank you for not forgetting us.

Home Made Lavender Body Oil

Simple Lavender Body Oil

 Ingredients:

1 cup oil (Use Grapeseed, safflower or sweet almond oil) Note: It is nice to use a variety of oils to make up the 1 cup. Such as 2/3 cup grapeseed and 1/3 cup safflower. If you have wheat germ oil on hand it is a lovely addition, too. But it does go rancid faster than other oils, so be aware that the shelf life will be shorter.

2/3cup Grapeseed and 1/3 cup wheat germ oil makes a lovely combination (and is recommended in the original recipe)

. 6 drops lavender essential oil

Scant 1/8 tsp Vitamin E oil (or 10 drops)

 Method:

Pour all ingredients into a bottle, cap and shake to blend. Makes about 8 ounces. The bottle pictured above is only 4 ounces, so I halved the recipe. If making a larger batch or dividing between smaller bottles, figure the amount needed for each bottle before beginning. It is easier to blend the ingredients in the bottle rather than in a cup and then pouring in. This is because the oils may not stay evenly mixed and one bottle would end up with lots of lavender while the other has almost none.

Fee-Be of Oklahoma suffers from CHF along with Nasal Congestion

Fee-Be from Oklahoma cannot chase the wild beasts (see PINK Infiltrator she caught above) that hide and   lurk in her mamma's kitchen. She suffers from Congestive Heart Failure that results in coughing and at times gets congested in the head and nose. When she gets excited she will  start coughing and cannot breathe well limiting her activities. What do you suggest also for the swelling that happens to her  abdomen as well?

Pawhealer response: Kudos to Fee-Be for keeping her Mamma's kitchen clear of these Intruders and here are the Links to products we recommend so that she can operate at her best on these Recon Missions:

Heart Tonic (CHF)

Heart Cough Syrup

Nasal Congestion Center

Herbal Waterfall (Drain Excess Fluid)

Ewok of California has Coughing, Collapsed Trachea and Heart Murmur

From a Galaxy not so far away...Ewok of California has Coughing, Collapsed Trachea and Heart
Murmur.

After Ewok's relocation from the forests of the Moons of Endor, his battles against the Dark Side have only increased with the recent Republic Uprising. Now, Ewok and his Wookiee friends are searching for some sort of solution that will restore peace to the galaxy and his health.

Help me Pawhealer, you are my only hope.

Pawhealers response: We love the Camouflage and use it often when we don't wish to be recognized while visiting Starbucks! This is a difficult scenario and could require the herbalist to look at a survey. Many times the heart problem can trump the collapsed trachea problem. So we would start with Empirical Heart Tonic (HM) and Heart Syrup. Keeping in mind we may need to introduce Cough Trachea Support and Cough Syrup at a later date, and they can work very well together if needed. But it would be best to start with one product line first and see the results after 2-3 weeks, and then introduce another regimen if the coughing has not subsided.

May the FORCE be with you!!!
