Sunnie form Florida suffers from either Collapsed Trachea or Heart Murmur

Sunnie during downtime with Blankey! And the TV Remote control at her fingertips ! Sunnie's mom in Florida writes in to tell us that her darling suffers a severe coughing problem that she has had for almost 2 years. One vet said Heart Murmur another said she could not hear it. Both agree that Yorkies suffer from collapsed trachea, so which is it ? She is 10 years old.

Pawhealer would send a special survey in this instance and have Sunnie's mom fill it it out and we pick one or the other or make a custom formula if her survey answers did not meet the profile for either formula. Here are the Links for both formulas:

Frankly, if we see she is weak in Hind Legs and has this cough and is 10 yrs old we would recommend Shao Yin Cough formula which is a new one recently developed from a Master Herbalist in Belgium Holly has been studying under this summer:

Try looking for Chronic Bronchitis. My 10 year old Yorkie coughed for two years prior to getting the correct diagnosis. I had him in the vet's office five different times just for the coughing. The vet had some new imaging equipment and we redid his images from two years prior. These came out great. We were able to see the little white "donuts", indicators of Chronic bronchitis. CB is not curable but is treatable so it doesn't get worse. THe new images showed a clear and open trachea, clear and healthy heart and aside from the CB, clear lungs and no pneumonia. There is hope, don't give up.
