Update on Benjy, our 4 year old male, neutered Miniature Poodle:

He first started having bladder stone blockages in early July 2012 and had a
surgery to remove large bladder stones.  He had off and on problems despite
change in diet to Hills Prescription S/D and very limited treats of any kind.  By
November he was being catheterized every Friday ($60!!)  to open his urethra
of sandy clogs of dissolved stones.  We were desperate!!

We received the Urinary Free the Flow-Damp Heat on Saturday, December 8th
[after catheterization the previous day] and started him on the dose recommend
-ed, 1/2 tsp 2X a day.  We served him the Hills S/D smooshed up with the herbs
and added some very thin chicken broth twice a day.  It smelled like a curry
and he LOVED IT!!

It has now been over 4 weeks and he has been peeing a full stream ever since
the day he started the herbal product!!  Now I have just slightly decreased his
intake of the herbals to a less than full measuring spoon for the past week and
he is still doing very well.  He is a very happy boy!!  He is also able to hold his
urine for longer periods of time, sometimes several hours, so he is having
better control of his bladder with less dripping and excitement urination.

This product has actually saved my furbaby's life!!!  We are so thankful to you
and your company!!  Our vet is aware that we are using this product and we are
updating her as well.  We will continue to feed the Hills Prescription Diet for now
with moistened dried cranberries and other fruits and veggies as treats and
maybe later start adding a bit of meat to his food gradually if all is well.

Maeli doesn't like taste of herbs!

IDEAS TO MIX HERBS INTO FOOD

Dogs and cats can be given powdered herbs, powder herb extracts, and liquid herb extracts in their meals. If your pet's appetite is poor because of illness or learned preferences, you may need to disguise the taste further by using especially strong-smelling foods: like tuna, sardines, liverwurst or braunsheiger. For some pets, baby food or canned cat food is such a novelty that they will take the herbs mixed with these foods. Some pharmacies and veterinary manufacturers make a flavored "tab wrap" or "pill pocket" for dogs and cats; these are especially designed to hide small tablets. Other tasty treats to hide herbs include cream cheese, jelly, peanut or other nut butters, ground meat or liver (beef or chicken), and fruit. Applesauce is particularly recommended by some herbalists. Flavored gravies for pets can also be used to dilute the herbs and mask the taste. *

If your pet's appetite is suppressed due to illness, do not mix medicines in regular meals-administer the herbs separately in a different food treat or in empty gel caps or via oral syringe behind the tongue.

Powdered herbs may be mixed into small "pills" of butter, then frozen to increase firmness. You can blend them with anchovy paste, organic peanut butter, jelly, jam, sandwich pastes, or other thick tasty foods.

It may be easier in some cases to administer the powdered herbs by mixing them into a liquid (usually hot so that powdered herbs 'dissolve' either with boiled liquid/water or by placing the 'mixture' of liquid/water and powdered herbs in a microwave for 5-7 seconds and then letting cool off) that is to be gently and slowly administered by syringe. Vehicles that have been recommended include meat or poultry broth, clam juice, flavored syrups, and fruit juice.

You can take advantage of your cat's fastidiousness by mixing the herb in a hairball gelor Laxatone vegemite or anchovy paste, and smearing it on his or her paws-only very sick cats will let that insult go unchallenged! Some herbalists make traditional teas using meat broth instead of plain water, then frozen in ice cube trays to preserve until the day of use.

If herb capsules must be administered, they often "go down" more easily if one end is covered in butter or olive oil. Be sure to administer water or broth afterward to ensure that the capsule passes quickly from the esophagus to the stomach.

The other option is by oral syringe...mixing enough water to dissolve the herbs and make a solution and using an oral syringe you can give it by squirting it down the very back of the throat. After a few times it becomes easier to use this method. The option for oral syringe is at time of checkout also.

Spanky from PA doing better with Bladder Stone formula: Urinary Free The Flow

Spanky's Mom from Pennsylvania writes in to say: Spanky has been on Urinary Free the Flow since June 17. He is starting his 3rd bottle and takes 1/2 teaspoon 2x a day. He is doing much better peeing. Should he need anything else after he finishes his 3rd bottle of Free the Flow?

Pawhealer response: If you have determined that the stones and crystals are gone then we should switch to Stonezyme. If they are still there continue another 3 months with Urinary Free The Flow and  retest at the end of that  cycle.

Here is the LINK for Stonezyme:

Happy New Year!

Hello Holly, Mark, Sebastian – and all of my friends at PawHealer,

Happy New Year!!  I hope that all of you and yours had wonderful holidays and that all is well with you.  It has been a long time since we’ve spoken – all of my babies are doing so well!!!  Angus, my 14 ½ year old Maltese, had been licking at his groin area a lot, the tip of his “pinkie” was out and looked uncomfortable – I found a couple of long hairs in his sheath and removed them and have been lubricating it which helped a bit - I decided to give him the Stonezyme that I had purchased for Banjo a while back - and in five days he is perfect!!  So I called to say hi and ask your thoughts about it and order another bottle yesterday but you haven’t had a chance to call back - I am sure that you are so very busy so I just placed an order online.  Mark, if you have a chance, do give me a call sometime: 310-404-5665.  It would be so nice to hear your voice!!  =)

Photos of my three boys, Angus, Dinger and Banjo are attached.  We all send our love!!!  Thank you for all that you do – you truly are wonderful.

Love,

Suzy

Thanks From Smiley...No More Accidental Peeing!

Good morning:

I am very busy, what with a job transfer and the accompanying move. However, I had to stop for a minute to write and thank you for the wonderful products you offer!

My poor Smiley appeared to be on his last leg....as I began looking at new houses, I wondered if I should plan on him joining me, or if I would be putting him... down first.

His health had taken a serious turn for the worse. I was told a year ago that his heart was bad, but at the beginning of March, Smiley started loosing control of his bladder during the day when I was at work. The vet seems to think he was having strokes, based on the unusual patterns left on the carpet. I just knew he seemed uncomfortable and wasn't himself.

I'm not a big proponent of drugs and other medical interventions (for people, much less animals), so I began looking for holistic health care options for my pet.

My Higher Power led me to your site, and I purchased Mind Over Bladder and Heart Tonic. Both bottles arrived on Monday, March 21st. I gave Smiley a dose then. He was due to get another dose the next morning (2 times per day), but I was out of town on business and didn't want to trouble my dog sitter with giving him the powders on his food. When I got home on Tuesday evening, I cleaned up his piddle, and gave him another dose of the herbal solution. On Wednesday morning I gave him his third dose. On Wednesday evening, when I arrived back home....THERE WAS NO PUDDLE on the floor! For the first time in about 6 weeks, and after just 3 doses, Smiley didn't soil the floor!! It may have been my imagination, but he really seemed more spry and happy! He was so cuddly and lovable that evening....it's almost as if he wanted to thank me for making him feel better.

So I thank you! He's had only sporadic accidents, and I think they're more related to the dog sitter not being consistent with his feeding and dosing.

I bought a house in my new town...with a nice back yard for my pal!

Smiley and I are so very grateful to you!

Catherine

Molly....Private Part Problems...

Dr. Pink and I received a very desperate request for herbals from Kathy who is Molly's dog mom.

Molly had some significant females issues. I know she won't mind us telling her story, since we don't include her last name to protect her privacy.

This was a very embarrassing event for Molly, but for the benefit of all the dogs in the world, she is willing to tell her story so others will not have to suffer and can learn about PawHealer and Dr. Pink Pinkerton and what they have to offer.

Molly.....recently had "the operation"...you know...the one that they alter her private parts so she won't have puppies.

Something happened after that procedure..

Because the muscles of her private part did not close after the operation, it was as if the muscles had become slack. Unfortunately as a result of this muscle laxity, she then sat on a bur...and guess where it went?

Yup....right where it shouldn't have.

The bur was removed, but ever since that embarrassing event, Molly has been peeing all over the house, and nothing was working to get her to stop. Kathy said she could tell that Molly was not feeling well at all...and wanted something that would not make Molly feel worse.

Dr. Pink Pinkerton and I gathered the information, and based on the data we determined that Molly's Yin had become deficient and then this was compounded by the fact that she had also had contracted Damp Heat in the Lower Burner which was causing the painful urination. Ouch!

Let me translate that....

As a result of the procedure that had altered her , she now had slack vaginal muscles. Perhaps there was some sort of problem at the time of the procedure who knows. Because of the lax muscles she had contracted Damp Heat, which can mean that there existed infection of the badder because the unprotected vagina was open for external invasion.

The team provided her with two formulas One to tonify her Yin and the other to clear the Damp Heat (bladder infection) in the Lower Burner. And she is now feeling GREAT!

We are so pleased that Molly has provided the PawHealer team with her picture. What a looker this girl is.....

Thank you Molly for trusting your privates to the Dr. Pink Pinkerton and The PawHealer.

Hi Dr. Pink Pinkerton and PawHealer, We are doing great, thank you! My only question is: Do I use up the entire first bottle of herbs, then use up the entire second bottle? Thank you, Kathy

PS…

Here is a picture of Molly. She thanks you!
