The Human Condition

I work with people and I work with pets. Happily I get ready to sit for the national boards by this February as my career begins to take shape. It's all about me getting in the study mode.....I love the direction I have taken, I love working with pets and yes....even people.

But there is a frustrating element when working with herbs....and that's our overall mentality which comes from the culture of the past 50 years...This is the expectation that if we take one single pill we can then fix everything.

With herbs...sometimes one single formula can indeed work....and in other instances it may take a couple of tries at getting it to change the condition. But when sitting back and thinking about it is can we really say that it is really any difference than western medicine?

Not really.

Every day I work with so many people in which the dog has not been responding to western drug therapy. This is because either the drug just does not work, or the pet has become resistant to the medication.

And for some reason people give a lot more allowance if you will, to western pharmaceuticals...this can be confirmed by the gigantic veterinarian bills that I hear that people have paid.

By the time people have found me...they want ONE formula to work God Damn It.

Or I have scammed them, yes name calling is a regular occurrence, even if I offer to give them a FREE second formula....that just sucks...can you imagine?

It's okay, because 90% of the time we do benefit the pet and they improve at least 50% and everybody is happy as the pet finds it's way back to good health.

But I can't help but feel discouraged sometimes....Mostly at the current human condition.

I don't understand why people can't see that too many drugs can actually hurt their pet...not to mention themselves....people take way too many prescriptions and its spilling over to our animals. It seems to me that no one is holding our doctors or our veterinarians responsible for this state of affairs.

The other day while at my acupuncture clinic, I was treating a man that was on 26 different medications. The side effects were taking an incredible toll, because by now, he can barely walk or get out of bed each day.

It's not my place to tell him he has to reduce the drug load....it's obvious that he is dying a slow medicated death...

As its not my place to tell pet owners that their lovely little family members are breaking down under the load of numerous medications and they are also dying a slow and complicated death.

It doesn't matter, animal or person.....too much of a good thing can be bad.

So where does that leave us?

We have to work at getting better. We must work on what we and our pets eat. We must view everything that we put in to our collective mouths as the opportunity to heal ourselves.

We must also find herbal remedies that can work in conjunction with our medications...because they can actually help to minimize the drug side effects, and may actually help to reduce the necessary western medications, which indeed are a great thing, but given in large quantities, and for long periods of times, will begin to back fire...

In other works herbs and meds can work together, so we don't have to choose...why does our society believe we have to do one or the other? I ponder so often about that.

I just wish people would be as tolerant when working with herbs as they are with western meds....

When people call me...

I have one single shot....and if my one single shot does not work...people become angry...

Even being called names is okay because you know what? I know I have a responsibility to these people who believe in this type of healing, and because the bar is set so high for me....I do a great job... because peoples high expectations are making me into the best herbalist I can be...

I love meeting expectations...every day I work to be the best there can be and I love when I hear the sweet sound of a pet owner telling me that the dog or cat they love is doing much better. It is like music to my ears....

Now it's your turn to work at getting better and time to open your mind....

Don't turn away from something that can work...

Have a little patience...

I promise we can make a difference (I'm writing this to the 10% out there that have no tolerance!).

Give herbs the chance that you have given the western medications...if you give equal time to the herbs, you will get the result you seek.

This is because in my humble opinion they are fantastic.....but take heed, I'm not saying they are a magic bullet....I think it's important for all of us to keep the following in our mind;

There are no wise men and there are no magic bullets......we must work at good health, we can not find it in a bottle or a pill...and that is the sad truth for our dogs and cats.

Lily 15 years Young Working With Coughing Herbs

Here is a video of Lily one of our older dogs. we have been working with Lily for a cough that seems to change with the seasons. During the summer it is dry and hacking and during the cold winter it has been phlegmy.

This is an example of how the environment can change the situation. In other words, since Lily has internal heat and internal damp, the weather changes will change the presentation of her cough. In each instance we have to use a different set of herbs to help with the cough.

Here she is!

Robin An Unhappy Customer

Robin contacted us form our local area because her dog was coughing really bad. We spoke to her and at that time we told her that I formula worked great. Which it does.

Unfortunately for her dog, it did not work.

We think it is because her dog has a heart murmur. We offered to give her a different formula based on that part of the puzzle...she refused.

She says that I scam people, she says I make false claims....she demanded her money back ( which I am gladly doing). She said I made her dog sicker and she says her vet has heard of these "false claims" etc.

She says that I only give kuddos to myself...well here is her side. She hated our herbs.

So for those that are reading my blog....here is Robin's story.

I really wished she had taken me up on her offer to try a different approach to that horrible cough, because its not about me, it's about her dog.

Meet Little Bear...No Collapsed Trachea!

Me, The PawHealer, has to always take a step back and be more patient...or at least that is what Dr. Pink Pinkerton tells me. Take for example the owner of Big Bear...

Carole the person of these very beautiful girls calls up the team, and at the time she was very distraught because Little Ms. Big Bear had been in emergency services all night and then was told that her dog had a collapsed trachea and she was just going to have to live with it.

Of course the PawHealing team told her that was not true...and sometimes we get upset when we hear this over and over, and we should know that we should be patient....But then Carole went on to say that she was waiting for a call from a veterniarnian.

Well...I hate to get in the middle between people and thier veterniarn....because the vet will always say that there is nothing to help the dog, when the PawHealing knows for a fact that that's not true.

So we told Carole very arruptly that she needed to call us after she spoke to her vet.

But she hung in there and said Waaaait.......and then she bought the Stop Cough....

And now she is a happy customer and she is spreading the word about PawHealer.

Thank you Carole for hanging in there with us. Sometimes it gets to be difficult because so many people just don't believe how easy it is to help thier dogs...and we get a little tired.

When we then hear form people like Carole...it makes it all worth while.

Dear Holly,

Another success sorry for you! Here is a pic of Mitzi, 14+ years and now going strong, thanks to you and Dissolve!
Her lumps are very much reduced in size (after many years of removing them-13 at last surgery) and many of the
skin tags and warts have fallen off. Of course, she is now on her fourth bottle and her grain-free diet (Core by Wellness).
Her general health has improved; she no longer acts elderly and her cataracts are much better, too.
We so appreciate your work on behalf of our pet families!

Thank you, The M....

Dear Holly,

Just wanted to let you know that after a couple of months on the herbal treatment, Sandy is now free of seizures and I have actually been able to gradually take her off the herbs. She appears to be cured and is so much more alert and happy than when she was taking phenobarbitol! Her appetite has returned and she's actually talking to me again in her cute, strong, barky way....and is jumping off the couch by herself! I would definately start treatment again with your herbal compound if she should show any signs that her problem is returning, but for now, all is well! By the way, the vet was very happy to hear about Sandy's turnaround and was quite amazed and nearly speechless!

Sandy will hopefully celebrate her 19th birthday in May of 2009! I will gladly care for her and protect her until then (and beyond), if that's what the universe has in store for us.....

MANY, MANY THANKS HOLLY & FEEL FREE TO ADD THIS TO SANDY'S POST. I was thrilled that you included her picture & story...(little sister Lucie was excited to see her photo opp. as well!!!)

Kindest regards,
(Human partner to Sandy--'the oldest Westie' I know & dearly LOVE!)

Mr. Spray Kitty; Hopkins

This is a great Pawhealing With Herbs story.....but first a little background. Dr. Pink Pinkerton gets perplexed with kittyies because one our biggest obstacles working with felines (dog's are Venus and cats are from Mars thinks . Pinky Pinkerton...herbalist extraordinaire), is that they have a difficult time with taking any herbs or for that matter.....any type of medication.

But this Mr. Spray Kitty had NO CHOICE...because his owner was bound and determined. Mr. Spray Kitty for no reason what so ever had decided that he was going to mark (spray) every inch of HIS house....Rhysa tells the PawHealing team that her house STUNK to high heaven...

Peeeee Yewwww....Dr. Pink Pinkerton says with a sniff (he just doesn't understand this cat stuff being that he is 100% dog...)

Anyway.....The team received a call from a desperate Rhysa...she was at her wits end....and now guess what?

Mr. Spray Kitty Spray's no more! The team asked our questions about this Kitty that for some reason had gotten out of balance....and we put together a formula for the little rascal....and now he is once again an acceptable house member!

Here is what the PawHealing team received...such a nice Thanks!

Holly:
I am sending you a picture of my beautiful boy “Hopkins” who is smiling because he is not spraying in the house anymore and everyone, including him is happy!! Thank you so much for your “CURE”. I am also sending a picture of the pill dispenser and it has a name on the side, which is not visible in the picture, but it is: Four Paws and can be found at Petco, in Poway. If anyone wants to communicate with me about Hopkins they can e-mail be at: Rhysa@cox.net. Thanks again.

Fans Of Dr. Pink Pinkerton!......

Dr. Pink has quite a big ego, and he asked that me (PawHealer) post these pictures of his fans.

This was such a nice thank you....But Mr. Pink is not into the thanks, he just likes to be adored...and gets quite a kick out of his admirers.

He says thanks to Nancy the owner of these three beautiful canines....Because Dr. Pink Pinkerton loves show off his friends!

Thanks Pawhealer, Skippy

Lots of xxxxxxx, Samual

Holly and Mark Rock! Andrew

No questions, I swear to god that they are acting like they feel better, even Sam, he still limps, but he's more playful. You are/were a god send in the park that day. I'm so excited to having healthy and happy dogs, and to be doing the right thing for them!

I am gradually taking Sam off of thyroid medicine and the meds for Skip's seizures, so I give them Holly's meds in the PM and their pills in the AM, but everything else as directed for pain, lumps and bumps etc....As soon as their pills are gone, they will only be on herbs, and I will take them in to check their levels after they finish your stuff. Sound good???

Thanks to God for you and Mark!!!

I'm talking you up here in Yuma, so hopefully some my friends will get it in their heads and call you. But as you know you have to be a believer in natural healing, but Lord knows I try!

Meet. Mr. Bradford....A Coughing Dog

Dr. Pink Pinkerton has been touched by Mr. Bradford's story. Mr. B. is a whopping 18 years young.....BOWSER says Dr. Pink Pinkerton, I want to be like Mr. Bradford and live forever!!!!!!

Here's Mr. Bradford's story;

The team (The PawHealer and Dr. Pink Pinkerton) received a call from a very distressed Walt, Mr. B's person. He was at the end of his rope and feared for Mr. Bradford, who has had a chronic cough for a long time, but now was in bad shape because the cough had for some unknown reason gotten to the point that Mr. B had to be hopped up on drugs just to not cough and to be able to breath.

Well....Walt is new to herbs, and Dr. Pink and I explained how the herbs worked....and he has trusted us enough to place an order for herbs to help with Mr. Bradford's cough.

But in the mean time, we told Walt to get Mr. B on a grain free diet because we felt that there was something actually triggering his coughing episodes and Dr. Pink and I KNOW that rice, wheat, oats, etc seem to be the root cause of many of these cases of coughing that we see much too often.

Two days later, Walt sent the team the following message;

Holly, so far your advice has made a huge difference! Since my dog began this unreal nonstop coughing 5 days ago he has eaten about 1/5 what he normally does. I bought chicken liver ( & ordered kidney ), sauteed it & he loved it...I couldn't believe it, he ate it as fast as he could. It's 9pm now & he isn't coughing. Normally by now I have sent him into outer space with sedation.

Thanks again!

Walt

Mr. B's coughing herbs are on the way...Dr. Pink Pinkerton will keep the blog posted how Mr. B does with his formula, but hopefully he won't need it!

Meet Sandy....Never Too Late!

Dr. Pink Pinkerton, herbalist extraordiniare is please to introduce the beautiful Sandy and her friend. Sandy is a very old dog that has been on medicine for seizures for many many years.

Dr. Pink thinks it great that Dana (her person) after all these many years is trying to have her live the rest of her 17 years free of drugs.

Dr. Pink would like to post this wonderful news about Sandy and her seizures!

Subject:
R Sandy's progress!

To:
Hi Holly!

Almost a wk has passed without Phenobarbital and Sandy is hanging tough. She has occaisional head shakes just like she did while she was on that drug, but she's maintaining well and I believe the seizures have reduced some! She has not had any of the full-body or frontal body tremors since her switch to Calm & Compose....so here's hoping!

Another benefit seems to be that she's regaining night time control of her bladder, at least thus far, and I can tell you that is huge for her and for me, a 51 yr old single parent of an 18 yr. old Westie girl. I have a neuro disorder and the better off she is, the better we all three do with our daily care routines. Her little sister Lucie is happier too since Sandy is now more alert and willing to take part in play time!

Best of luck to you and your pursuits!

Regards,
Dana (Mom of the oldest Westie I know!)

Gussie's Fatty Lump Story.....

Dr. Pink Pinkerton and Nurse Daisy are always please when we receive updates from our customers.

This is a very interesting story, because no matter what the outcome of the purchase of our Dissolve formula, there is always a positive comment and result.

Gussie's lump was actually a little more advanced....they're waiting for the lab results. But as Dr. Pink would like to point out....Look at how much better Gussie is feeling.

Dr. Pink thinks its because this formula has qualities that act as an anti-inflammatory.

Dr Pink is please that Carol sent us these wonderful pictures of her beautiful Gussie!

Subject: Update on Gussie

Hi Holly!

Despite the Dissolve and a change to a grain free diet (too new to make a difference), Gussie's growth continued to increase in size. We made a decision last weekend to contact the vet and schedule surgical removal. The same day I made those arrangements, the lump got skinned (like we use to do to our knees) on her walk. It had also started becoming an irregular shape, like a roast looks when tied with string.

It was removed today and specimens sent to UM in Columbia for analysis. Dr. Lang, our new vet, did laser surgery (the old vet wasn't equipped for that) and said there had been more than fatty tissue in it. Gussie is recuperating at home tonight after coming through everything just fine.

Once she is eating again, we will resume the Dissolve All Over along with her Grain Free diet. What would be an appropriate maintenance dosage for her? Her weight fluctuates between 55 & 60 pounds.

We found Halo at our local Petco stores, but kept looking and found Natural Balance from Dick Van Patton. They have 2 flavors of Grain Free food ... we chose Sweet Potato & Venison. Gussie LOVES it!! Her coat has become VERY soft as well.

So far, in addition to a livelier dog (remember, her dob is 9/14/95), her ears have become a lot less waxy. We used to have to clean them at least twice a week (5-6 cotton swabs per ear) with a fizzing solution ... now we are going 7-10 days and even then only using 2 cotton swabs per ear - maximum.

We are hoping that the change in diet and continuing the Dissolve will keep her from developing additional lumps.

I've attached a few pictures for you, #923 was taken about the time we first noticed the lump in March '08 (back right paw); #958 was taken about 3 months later; and #596 is so you can see her right-side-up.

Thanks for helping us find a way to make her very-later years more enjoyable!

Very gratefully yours,
Carol & Doug Dorr

Meet Enchantee....One of our favorite stories

Dr. pink Pinkerton and I received a 9-11 call from Robin, Enchantee's person (mom). She was in tears because everyone was telling her to put down this beautiful girl who is 15 years old.

Enchantee had developed a cough that could not be stopped, she was in the emergency room and still they could do nothing for her.

That is when the team got the phone call asking for something for her baby, she was not ready to let her go....Bowser said Dr. Pink Pinkerton, lets get this stuff out Federal Express so we can help this beauty that is in distress.

The PawHealer never knows if we can help...we just use our best judgment and pick the pattern that the cough fits into....and we cross our tails and toes and fingers. In the case of Enchantee, we felt that because she had hind leg weakness, it was a case of Kidney Not Grasping the Qi....

Guess what....IT WORKED for Enchantee and she is 15 years old and she is now now not coughing.

This is the note we recieved;

Hi, Holly!

Thank you for asking for a picture of Enchantee'. Here is a picture of her before she lost her jaw to cancer. I will to up load a current photo of her and send it to you asap.

In addition to less coughing, she also has a lot more energy. Probably more than she has ever had since she had to have her jaw removed two years ago. This stuff is magic! She is 15 and acting like she is 5!

We cannot thank you enough for your help with our "daughter!"

Meet Beanie Baby....No More Pepsid For Her!

Dr. Pinky Pinkerton, the PawHealer herbalist extraordiniare would like to introduce the beautifu Beanie Baby.

Poor Beanie Baby came to us after many doctor visits that seems to make her worse. Gina, her person, was distraught and a very nervous customer.

Gina had never used herbs before, but she knew that she had to do something for Beanie Baby, because Beanie Baby could not eat. After she would eat, it would hurt her stomach, and she would have to stretch her legs out in front of her as if something was really bothering her.

The only thing that worked for Gina, was when she would give Beanie Baby an over the counter anti-acid, and even that was not so great. Beanie Baby had just had Pancreatitis when she came to the PawHealer team and Gina was afraid to do anything because of her fear that Beanie Baby would get worse.

Well....Dr Pink Pinkerton says "Bowser" ........and told Gina that Beanie Baby had to get off of the over the counter human drugs because Beanie Baby is a dog! Dr. Pink Pinkerton and The PawHealer helped Gina understand that using human medications for that sweet Beanie Baby was not good for her long term health and well being.

Bowser.....says Dr. Pink......he was worried for Beanie Baby....but Gina then prevailed and sucked it up....and tried the herbs....and here is her testimonial to Dr. Pink Pinkerton's healing abilities;

Update On Baby Dumplin; Her Cough Is Better!

Whooo Hoo says Dr. Pink Pinkerton.....Bowser do we like to receive these e-mails!

Subject: Re: ( collapsed trachea )

HI Holly, I have had company from out of town since Sunday. I am once again, back to normal. Thank you for your response. Dumplin has been so healthy, she never has had to take a pill or medication in her 13 years, therefore, I will continue to sprinkle her herbs over her food. I have found a way to conceal them by putting a small amount of chicken broth over the food and herbs. It has worked, so far. I certainly am happy to be able to report, good news. Dumplin is also , just about blind and her hearing seems to be failing. I may have mentioned that I have a two year old male, Brussels Griffon. His name is Mr. Hennessey. He is Baby's eyes & ears ! They are so precious together.

A Happy Lipoma Customer....

Dr. Pink that handsome scamp....

and me don't usually like to post just e-mails, because Dr. Pink really likes to look at pictures, cause he is a visual type of guy....but this time we decided why not? Because we would like get more people to see that the Dissolve Lipomas works for our customers.

Dr. Pink would like to remind all readers that Mary had success with her formulas because she did it more than one month and she changed her dog's food to grain free.

What more can Dr. Pink say then....Try the grain free diets if your own dog has Lipomas!

Hi Holly:

This Friday I will schedule another payment for Chip & Buddy's dissolve all over. This time I will send you $106.00 for three bottles. The guys are doing great and I am seeing big improvements. Buddy actually can flatten the large lump when he sits down now. I am having difficulty getting more information regarding the product you suggest "enteric" and looked at the link on your site. I will call my holistic vet and ask if she is a carrier of Standard Process too.

Thanks again,

Mary

Oh, I was wondering with the temperature here as it is, and now that I am ordering three bottles would it be wise to put them in the refrigerator? I check the mail everyday and assume that the heat on the herbs won't be compromised the few hours in the mail truck and the couple of hours it sits in my mailbox.

Baby Dumplin....

Dr. Pinky Pinkerton, the herbalist extraordinare (he is the handsome fellow sitting on the chair in the header)wants to strut his herbal stuff. Because once again the team has done it ....helped a dog that is coughing due to a weakened trachea, to stop coughing.

Dr. Pink wonders why people will sacrifice the health of a pet because the pet does not like something, although that something makes them better????

Bowser says Dr. Pink, if I was coughing and coughing, I would hope that my person would take the initiative and make sure I getting my herbs. Sure they don't taste great, but coughing all day long is much worse and could at the end of the day, kill me...BOWSER!

Don't people know that us canines look to people to help us?

Here is an e-mail from Betty, Baby Dumplin's person. Dr. Pink would like to pitch a pet peeve he has based on this e-mail....

Hello Holly, Just returned home from a trip . Baby Dumplin seems to be some better since using the formula. I will need to find another way to get her to take it as she doesn't like to eat the food that has it on it. Do you have any ideas ? Dumplin is 13 years old and as the old adage goes, " It's hard to teach an old dog. new tricks'! She has eaten the same food for years. She doesn't want to eat now, although, when she gets hungry enough, she will eat ! I have another younger dog and he wants to eat her food, with or without the formula. I have been away visiting my Family, so perhaps, now that I am home, I can get on a better routine. I feel I have wasted some of the formula as Dumplin didn't get all she needed. I sincerely feel she is not coughing or gagging as much, However, I will need to find another way to give it to her.

. My Daughter in N. C. gave one of her client's your email & phone number. You may have already heard from the lady. MY Daughter's Grooming shop is The Impeccable Pooch, in Banner Elk, N. C. Betty McCoy

Chico; After 5 Long Years..........

Bowser says. Pink Pinkerton....Five long years of coughing;

STOPPED in its tracks. This little dog Chico no longer coughs.

Chico is not the only lucky dog, this week the team has contacted 10 CT coughing dogs and all but one of them is now not coughing, and we are going to work with the one dog not responding.

We are so happy for Ray and Chico...he sent us these lovely pictures, and he also ordered up the herbal and food therapy support to help rebuild his breathing system.

We love helping dogs with chronic coughing, there is nothing better in the world then to hear people tell you that there long time sick dog, is now fine and dandy.....Bowser, its a great thing.

Meet Dutchess; Her Lipoma Story

Bowser says Dr. Pinky Pinkerton, Dutches has a story to tell the PawHealer blog!

Today the team received a call from her person (John), who wanted to send us a picture of the beauty and tell us how well she has been doing after only thirty days of taking the Lipoma formula. (Dissolve Lumps All Over)

John told us that Dutches's lumps had been the size of two of his hand palms!!!! Now the fatty lumps, which by the way, he has had removed three previous times, are now ONE HALF THE SIZE.

Whooo Hooo, saws Dr. pink and The PawHealer.

What did Dutches do different that make the herbs work so fast?

She changed her food to the recommended choice of Halo, the grain free mix that we recommend and that is sold at PetSmart or PetCo. This good food lets the herbs do their job to break apart the phlegm and damp. (lumps)

This is not the first time we have heard this story. Dr. Pink and I always stress that dogs with lumps need to be grain free, simple as that. It does not matter how good the current food is, if it is not grain free, this may be the problem.

Better safe than sorry...why not try changing the diet, what is there to loose? Nothing but fatty tumors says Dr. Pink!

The team believes strongly that the change in diet is key, and without that, the herbs will not do as good as a job.

Dr. Pink salutes John and Dutches! Good job team.....

Meet Fargo.....No More Wasting!

Pinky Pinkerton (herbalist extraordinaries) want to introduce the very hearty Fargo the cat.

Fargo came to the team with wasting disease, which means that although he was hungry, he had a really bad case of diarrhea and weight loss. Fargo had tried all the medicine there was, antibiotics and the steroids and nothing worked for him.

Bowser said Dr. Pink Pinkerton, this is another very mature cat, Fargo is 16 years old. Dr. Pink Pinkerton wants to know what these cats are drinking, he wants to share in their fountain of youth!

So what did the team do for Fargo? We gave him a Yin nourishing formula to help with the emaciation. We gave a second formula to stop the diarrhea, but this was the tricky part, because the formula was for damp heat in the lower burner. Fargo had vacuity heat with excess damp heat.

We are happy to say that Fargo is now fine, the stools firm, and he is on a healing whole food to complete the healing process.

Good job Fargo and Carl (Fargo's person)....

Hi Holly,
I wanted to give you an update on Fargo’s’ progress. As of today he is getting 2 grams of Nourish & 2 grams of GI Care (UC) mixed with his can food twice a day. He is also taking 3 of the Zi pills 3 times a day. I have not as yet received the food supplement we spoke about. As soon as I do I’ll get him started on it. His stools are still formed and he has had a slight weight gain, approximately ¾ of a pound. I’m sure he not out of the woods yet but I do feel his quality of life is greatly improved. We continue to hope for continued improvement & thank you for your continued support.

Meet Bingy; The Cat That Forgot!

Pinky Pinkerton (the handsome dog you see in the header) would like to introduce you to Bingy the cat.... who forgot!

Bingy is a senior citizen, a cat who is 17 years old. "Bowser!!!!" says Dr. Pink Pinkerton, that's a lot of cat years, even if they do get nine lives!

Bingy came to us because Shelley (the cat mom) thought that Bingy had Alzheimer's or a stroke.

This is because Bingy was crying without a reason, had lost some coordination, and would walk in circles, into walls, and sometimes would have a very flat affect.

The first thing that Dr Pink and Pawhealer did was to get a formula to Bingy that would nourish the Heart Blood to take away her anxiety....and it worked, Bingy stopped crying.

Next we worked on transforming systemic phlegm, because the team believed that Bingy had a root problem of pathological phlegm and this was based on other symptoms that Shelly discussed with the team.

Shelly now reports that Bingy is doing so much better and her level of functioning continues to increase.

We just recently sent Bingy a whole food supplement to help heal the "gut" because Dr. Pink and I believe that a thousand diseases originate form the gut....

. Pinkerton and PawHealer believe that if Bingy is digesting properly she will have the necessary nutrition to heal the "sea of marrow" (the brain)

Good job Bingy the cat and Shelly the great cat mom!

A Sad Good Bye....Goldie

With a heavy heart the PawHealing team is saying good by to Goldie.....we are not sad for Goldie, we are only sad for Kevin. We know that Goldie is with Sweet Orbit, and we know its a good place.

Kevin, the PawHealer team feels your pain....we're so sorry....We know how deep the pain of losing our best friend can be and we know how empty life can seem right now.

Don't worry, you'll meet again....

With Love and Sorrow....Good Bye Sweet Goldie.

Holly

Holly, this is not easy for me to send. I lost goldie last Friday. She just deteriorated so fast. I couldn't call you, as it is still too difficult to talk about. Last friday she began to lose control of her legs. For the first time she couldn't get up without my help. I almost had to carry her to her bed. I knew it was time. Her quality of life was just not there anymore. She took the supplements up to the end. Funny, that was the only thing that she would take towards the end. She stopped eating a couple of days before I had her euthanized. It was the hardest thing I ever had to do. She is at peace now. She has no more pain. Thank you for the supplements as I know they definitely helped her and prolonged her life. I have some supplements left, can I give them to someone, or just take them as a supplement? I didn't know about the cancer one. I didn't know if they are too strong. Let me know.
I'm having her cremated and having her ashes spread over my backyard. She loved it back there so much. Thanks again so much.

Take care, god bless. Kevin.

Remi...And Her Mystery Disease

Dr. Pink would like to introduce his new patient Remy. The Pawhealer team has actually been working with Remy for awhile.

She received herbs to help clear heat toxicity, and to clear heat from the stomach. Her problem is that she has a growth under her tongue. Not exactly cancer, but not normal.

The biggest problem is that she is loosing facial muscle...The PawHealing team is currently mulling over her new formulas.

We have been researching high and low....and we have found several formulas that we believe will help her face. We think the lump is gone now.

Subject: Vet's Report for Ill Rottweiler

Hi Holly & Dr. Pink Pinkerton Herbalist Extraordinair,

This is a follow up to the conversation we have a little over a week ago. My 7 year old Rottweiler has deteriorated rapidly over the past few weeks. The vet found a mass under her tongue, the biopsy returned some cancerous cells were present. These are the most notable changes in physical and behavioral characteristics:

Lack of interest in favorite crunchy foods and chew toy.
Lethargic and significantly less playful.
Extreme sensitivity to noise.
Sleeping or resting more.
Depression-like overall behavior.

Loss of muscle structure in face giving her head a caved-in look on the left side.
Bone on top of head protrudes.
Soft stool and occasional blood in stool.
Flinch or whine when mouth/nose area is touched.

I've attached a few picture of REMI, 7 year old Rottweiler. Per your suggestion, I've included plenty of liver and buffalo meat in her diet. Anything you can suggest to aid her condition and make her well is greatly appreciated!

Dr. Pink and I are told that she does much better on the herbs.....our goal is to get her face to start to heal itself. That's when Dr. Pink and I will feel satisfied, and not until then!

Dr. Pink and I have our fingers, toes and tail crossed.....we want this next round of herbs to make Remy's face feel better.

Hi Holly, I must admit, when I received your herbs for lung heat, I was reluctant to try them with my 12 year old, Golden Retreiver, Kit. His asthmatic breathing had gotten a bit better. Then I went out of town for a week and he got off the liquid glucosamine and could barely walk due to his arthritis. When I got back, he was also wheezing again and I started the herbs, along with pain meds/gluc. Two weeks and he's a new dog! I am shocked and thrilled at how well your formulas worked. His breathing has completely returned to normal. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The vet said he had a collapsed trachea and said there was nothing they could do for him because of his age and the danger of surgery. Keep up the good work. Arf! Arf!
