Zachary with diabetes and open sores on the paws

I would like to talk to you on the phone. But, first, I want to give you an update on the dog named Zachary. You have been treating him for the persistent sore paws. I have some good news and bad news.

You will remember that his right front paw has had an open sore since July 2008. His left front paw developed the same type of sore in about May 2009. The good news is that the sore on his right front paw is now completely gone with only some scar tissue visible. The sore on the left front paw is still there but appears to be under control. He still licks the left front paw, but never even touches the right front paw. I have been giving him 4 capsules a day of the special formula that you mixed for him. We are almost out, so I need you to send me some more. Also, I need another bottle of Yin-Care. But before you mix the herbs, please read below.

Now the bad news. You will also remember that he has had diabetes since June, 2009. Last week he developed cataracts and is now almost blind. We are planning on having surgery to repair his eyes. In the blood test for the surgery, he showed an elevated level (3,500) on his liver function. Maybe, your herb formula that you send can address the liver issue.

Thank you for your on-going support.

Norman Moretto

Lipoma..Lumps and Bumps Outcome

This is a great Lipoma story....I try to get people to understand that in many instances those lumps actually obstruct the dog's mobility. Not every dog responds so dramatically as this story....but every day I hear good things about the Dissolve Formula...but this one is one of the most dramatic...I have asked for a picture hope to have it soon!

Good Afternoon Holly,

I wanted to let you know that on Wed Dec 2/09 I received the herbs.

On Friday Nov 28 @ 3 am Morgan the Lab was coughing so badly and lots of fluid came out, just clear fluid very bad smell. he coughed so much his body went rigid and his head went back, lost all control bowels and pee. I picked him up and comforted him and his body relaxed. After that his walking got very bad, slower, his hind right foot dragged on the top and he had trouble flipping it over. He had no control of bowels it just falls out while he walks. he requires more frequent pee breaks as his holding power is not there. He has very large lumps everywhere and under his chin the right side of his lower neck is swollen size of 3 tennis balls. Behind his right ear is where he has a lump (open sore roughly 1 1/2 inch in size). The Vet saw him on Monday Dec 1/09 said nothing they can do but make him comfortable till he passes. Morgan weighed in at 99 lbs to my surprise, he normally weighs 84 lbs and we have not changed his diet. He is feed a grain free diet and ground beef boiled. We also add Tripe.

Wed morning I started to give him 1 1/2 teaspoon of Dissolve in his food, no problem he loves to eat. As of this morning he has had 2 doses now.

Morgan squatted to do his business this morning something he has not done for over a year. He no longer drags is right leg, he still walks slow but you can tell he has no trouble with placement of his feet. He looks as though he is no longer bloated, I'm going to take him back to the VETs to weigh him cause I think there will be a noticeable drop back to normal. He is alert and his eyes have cleared a bit. He has energy to jump up on the couch. I am really surprised at how fast this Dissolve has started to work. I was rubbing his sides last night and was trying to find the lumps which before you could see, they have reduced in size.

Thank you and God bless you.......

Paco the Chihuahua on the other hand does not like the cough pills, he is feed Instinct can food with ground beef and there is no disguising it. He will not eat it. Can I mix the pills in a tiny bit of water and give it in a dropper and still be OK? Paco takes the hounds honey by dropper OK.

Unhappy Customer....Hates Return Policy

Pawhealer has a policy that we cannot accept open containers for return....we will accept all returns for non open containers...as a result it angers some customers...such as the following; this customer claims that the wheat grass made her dog sick...as you can see...no matter what we say...people will threat, curse...and brutalize us no matter our policy....

This customer is speaking about the nutritionals that she bought which was the Wheat Grass and PET GO product...Formulated by Dr Russel Swift DMV who is very well known and a big advocate of a natural canine diet ....Whole Foods...there are no medicines in this product...IT IS FOOD....

"i bought 3 products the treats in said liver not sure how much liver they are in but will send to a lab to find out my guess they are not in liver at all.. when i was told about the said treats the person said my dog would love them and could be used as a treat he didn't eat it like a treat he did eat it only after it was hidden in his food. My dog doesn't like treats that look and smell like medicine. I also bout the green powder. "

"not a threat just telling you what I plan to do. I will call the bbb tell my credit card company and start a blog let as many people i can about how sick your products made my dog and that you would not take the products back."

"you can put whatever you wish on your blog I will also start my own and make everyone on my yorkie page know what your products did to my dog. If a medicine makes my dog sick or he has a reaction to it my vet will take it back,, same with any reputable company, seems you are not one of them"

The green powder is Wheat Grass....The Liver is PET GO.....which is a concentration of all the glands and organs of the bovine....

"he is ok now thanks its def not the honey he even likes that. I gave him one of the treats and the green powder he threw up about 5 times and could not hold down water or food he became dehrdrated and needed to go to the vet for some fluids they kept him over night to monitor vet said he cant say it was the herbs for sure but most likely was from that since he got sick soon after and never had that problem before. Not sure the honey will help him without the other things but he surer does love it he has his own box of plastic throw away spoons and he licks it right off and is looking for more

thanks"
